We Are Hiring | Site Supervisor (Architectural)

We are looking for Site Supervisor (Architectural) to join our team.

The Site Supervisor (Architectural) is responsible for assisting the Site Superintendent in coordinating with subcontractors and workers on site architectural works, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Check and study architectural drawings before disseminating information to subcontractors and workers.
• Liaise with respective subcontractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress and quality of workmanship, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provisions at site working areas for subcontractors and workers.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, including daily man-hours returns and coordination of site-related issues.
• Coordinate and monitor the availability and timely delivery of materials and equipment required to complete construction works within the schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors’ works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Adhere to all safety practices and requirements in the workplace.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Building and/or Civil Engineering projects.
• Familiar with relevant architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Must have completed at least 1 building project.
• Good coordination and communication skills with subcontractors, workers, consultants, and project team.
• Able to monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the required schedule and quality standards.
