Job description

• Attend to all maintenance/repair requested by HQ and Outlets.

- Maintenance/repair request from retail outlets may include the following:

- Change light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and fittings

- Replace wiring or other faulty electrical parts

- Install fixtures like fan, track lights, etc

- Handyman works like fixing door locks, latches, hinges, etc

- Co-ordinate & follow-up with contractor and/or maintenance department of shopping mall for works where applicable

• Maintaining Headquarters building facilities, which include:

- General maintenance (change light bulbs, backwash water filters, plumbing, carpentry works, test run generators, etc.

- Assist in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by external contractors (pest control, fire-fighting equipment, air-conditioners, lift, security alarm, door access, etc).

- Contact/co-ordinate with maintenance call centre in emergency situations like power failure/black-out, lift breakdown, etc.

- Assist Visual Merchandising Department in lighting and electrical works during store set-up season for launch or sale.

• Carry out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set.
• Document and update maintenance related works at HQ/Outlet in the system.
• Other service, repair or maintenance works as and required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in the relevant field with at least 2-3 years of related working experience.
• Skilled in basic technical and maintenance work.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good command of English
• Familiar with MS Office applications is preferred.

The salary will be commensurate with the experience, skills, and qualifications that the candidate brings to the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
