Role Description

Global Study Online is seeking motivated and professional Educational Consultants to join our growing team.

The Educational Consultant will advise prospective students on suitable universities and study programs in Malaysia and Europe, based on their academic qualifications, interests, budget, and career objectives.

The consultant will also be responsible for student recruitment and enrollment, while supporting students throughout the application and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students about study opportunities in Malaysia and Europe.

* Recommend suitable universities and programs.

* Generate and recruit prospective student leads.

* Build strong relationships with students and parents.

* Guide students through application and admission procedures.

* Assist with visa and scholarship documentation.

* Follow up with prospective students and manage student cases.

* Communicate through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and video meetings.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian and European universities and admission requirements.

* Coordinate with Global Study Online and partner universities.

* Participate in online/offline seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.

* Provide professional and timely student support.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, sales, or international admissions is an advantage.

* Strong student counseling and relationship-building skills.

* Knowledge of Malaysia and European education systems is preferred.

* Ability to generate and convert student leads.

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and other online platforms.

* Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.

* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-only position. There is no fixed monthly salary.

Educational Consultants will earn a commission for every student successfully recruited and enrolled through Global Study Online.

Commission rates may vary depending on the:

* University

* Country

* Study program

* Student enrollment

* Partnership terms

There is no fixed earning limit. Consultants who recruit and successfully enroll more students can earn more commission.

Performance-Based Opportunity
