Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, user training, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals, ensuring effective and confident use of our rehabilitation and robotic systems.
2. Assist with clinical training system implementation, configuration, and workflow design to ensure smooth integration into real-world therapy settings.
3. Plan and manage strategic partner product-related projects to enhance product value, customisation, readiness, and market competitiveness.
4. Conduct market and clinical research on product performance and trends to support strategic business and product development planning.
5. Gather and consolidate user feedback and product requirements to guide future improvements and iterations.
6. Provide pre- and post-sales training to clients, and collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support sales initiatives.
7. Contribute to marketing materials and activities from a product and clinical perspective.
8. Support new product development projects, including planning, testing, and launch phases of new or enhanced rehabilitation solutions.
9. Develop turnkey solution proposals (e.g., ceiling hoists systems, hydrotherapy pools, humanoid robots, and related offerings) tailored to client groups.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Product Specialist/Product Management Executive or relevant
• Candidates with experience in rehabilitation and robotic products would be considered favourably
• Strong theoretical and applied skills in robotics and machine learning
• Strong programming skills in C / C++ / Python
• Hands-on experience in robotics projects
• Pleasant team player with good interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills

Salary range: RM 5,000 - 8,000 per month
