Overview

Our client is looking for an E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist to drive their online store growth and manage their digital presence across Canada and the U.S. In this dynamic part-time role, you will optimize their Wix e-commerce platform, oversee shipping logistics, and create engaging social media content. You will also handle customer inquiries and online bookings for wellness and pharmacy services, playing a key role in expanding their market reach.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Wednesday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Wix e-commerce store, including product listings, order processing, and shipping logistics across Canada and the U.S.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy services, nutrition consultations, and naturopathic services in a timely and knowledgeable manner
• Manage online booking services for in-house wellness consultations and pharmacy appointments
• Monitor social media performance metrics and e-commerce analytics to track ROI and inform marketing strategy
• Support the expansion of e-commerce operations into the U.S. market, including shipping and logistics coordination

Requirements

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and processing online orders
• SEO Expertise (E-commerce Operations)
• Social Media Foundation
• “Plug-and-Play” Profile
• Proficiency in social media content creation and management across multiple platforms (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally
• High level of attention to detail, particularly in order fulfillment and customer-facing communications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn about health, wellness, and pharmacy services to accurately address customer inquiries
