A dynamic role combining personal assistance, recruitment, client engagement and marketing.

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant who is organised, people-oriented and able to juggle different responsibilities. Beyond traditional administrative support, you’ll be involved in recruitment, client communication and marketing activities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance
• Manage schedules, appointments and follow-ups
• Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing and interview coordination
• Conduct phone calls and follow up with candidates
• Assist with client calls, appointment setting and communication
• Maintain client and candidate records
• Support social media management and content creation
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities
• Handle ad-hoc projects and coordination tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and clients
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in HR, recruitment, administration or marketing is an advantage
