ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading Japanese A1 Main Contractor delivering major building projects across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale Healthcare, Commercial and Mixed-Use developments, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Project Manager in the overall planning and delivery of building projects.

Coordinate construction activities, programme, resources and key project milestones.

Manage coordination between consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.

Monitor project progress and resolve construction and technical issues.

Ensure works meet contractual, quality, safety and project requirements.

Support project meetings, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Strong experience in large-scale building construction projects.

Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.

Good knowledge of construction planning, project coordination and site operations.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
