Role Description The Chief Fundraising Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading all fundraising and development initiatives to support Aurora Motor Holdings’ growth and mission. This role oversees the creation and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies, including cultivating relationships with individual donors, philanthropic foundations, corporate partners, and impact investors. Day-to-day activities include developing compelling fundraising campaigns and proposals, coordinating outreach to charities and philanthropic organizations, and maintaining a robust donor pipeline and CRM records. The Chief Fundraising Officer will collaborate with senior leadership to align funding priorities with strategic objectives, prepare regular performance reports, and ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations. This position also involves representing the organization at virtual events, briefings, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen brand visibility and support long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft persuasive proposals, presentations, and donor communications.
• Demonstrated experience in Philanthropy and Charities, with a track record of building and managing donor and partner relationships.
• Excellent Organization Skills for managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder engagements.
• Proven leadership experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit/social impact finance, preferably in mobility, technology, or sustainability sectors.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment and collaborate with executive and operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with fundraising metrics, budgeting, and CRM or donor management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional fundraising certification is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical fundraising practices and alignment with the company’s mission of sustainable, zero-emission mobility.
