Job Description
- Manage end-to-end processes for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support during audits and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
A Successful P2P/O2C Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience in managing P2P and O2C processes within the FMCG industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from MYR 81,000 to MYR 99,000.
