Technical Support & Troubleshooting

·    Provide technical support andconduct on-site troubleshooting for customers.

·    Diagnose and resolve issuesinvolving IoT devices, hardware, firmware, connectivity, and network behaviour.

·    Conduct root-cause analysis andrecommend practical corrective actions.

·    Work closely with R&D andproduct teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.

·    Provide post-sales technicalsupport when required.

Project Coordination & Deployment

·    Plan, coordinate, and monitorIoT deployment projects from preparation to completion.

·    Conduct pre-installation siteassessments and confirm technical and operational requirements.

·    Coordinate deviceconfiguration, installation, testing, commissioning, validation, and projecthandover.

·    Monitor project schedules,deliverables, risks, and outstanding matters.

·    Ensure work is completedsafely, on time, and in accordance with project and quality requirements.

·    Prepare regular project updatesand report progress to management.

Installation &Contractor Supervision

·    Supervise contractors andtechnicians during field installation activities.

·    Ensure installation workcomplies with company requirements, project specifications, and site safetyrules.

·    Inspect completed work andfollow up on defects or incomplete items.

·    Coordinate manpower, equipment,site access, and other operational requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

·    Serve as a key technical pointof contact for customers during project rollout and post-deployment support.

·    Coordinate with customers,contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth projectdelivery.

·    Work closely with sales,product, R&D, QA, and operations teams.

·    Explain technical mattersclearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·    Manage customer expectationsand address project-related concerns professionally.

Documentation & Team Support

·    Prepare and maintain sitereports, project records, troubleshooting guides, technical documents, andstandard operating procedures.

·    Ensure project documentation iscomplete and properly handed over.

·    Guide junior engineers andtechnical team members when required.

·    Support technical training,knowledge sharing, and the standardisation of deployment practices.

Overseas Project Support

·    Support overseas deploymentprojects when required.

·    Travel internationally on anad-hoc basis for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or customersupport.

·    Assist in resolving complextechnical issues arising from overseas projects.
