Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di Guna Trading Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, tender documents and quotations.

- Assist in tendering, procurement and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotations.

- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), claims and supporting documents.

- Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims, invoices and payment applications.

- Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditure to ensure effective cost control.

- Prepare cost comparison, cost analysis and monthly cost reports.

- Assist in contract administration for main contracts and subcontract agreements.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, Project Managers, Site Teams, subcontractors and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters.

- Conduct site measurement and verify completed works when required.

- Prepare and maintain proper records for variations, claims, measurements and contractual correspondence.

- Assist in negotiation of rates, quotations, variations and subcontractor accounts.

- Monitor committed costs and identify potential cost overruns or commercial risks.

- Assist in preparation and settlement of final accounts.

- Ensure contractual submissions and documentation are completed within the required timelines.

- Support the Contract Manager / Senior QS in contractual, commercial and cost-related matters.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building or related field.

- Preferably 2–5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.

- Experience with a main contractor is an advantage.

- Experience in building, industrial or factory construction projects is preferred.

- Knowledge of quantity measurement, costing, tendering, progress claims, VO and final accounts.

- Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and BQ.

- Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

- Able to work independently and coordinate with project and site teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.

- Knowledge of Glodon will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
