Dianna Noor & Partners, Advocates & Solicitors, Johor Bahru has a vacancy for a Conveyancing Clerk to join our law firm at Jalan Kebun Teh.

Qualifications:-
- 3-5 years experience in handling various conveyancing matters
- Good knowledge of sale & purchase of properties, loans and other conveyancing transactions for individuals, companies, local and foreign clients
- Familiar with land office procedures, registrations, searches and stamping, etc
- Knowledge / experience in corporate & commercial banking / litigation an advantage
- Minimum diploma or SPM
- Able to handle files independently until completion and work as a team
- Good organisational skills, responsible, attention to detail
- Able to communicate well with clients, bankers, relevant authorities
- Language requirement: BM and English
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel or other word processing software

Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle various conveyancing matters and documentation
- Prepare and manage relevant legal documents
- Assist lawyers in conveyancing and other matters of the firm
- Liaising with clients, bankers, developers and relevant authorities and parties
- Conduct searches, attend to registrations, stamping and completion matters, etc
- Monitor file progress, deadlines and follow-ups
- Ensure files are properly maintained and updated
- Other general clerical work and administrative duties as may be required

Salary based on experience and suitability RM1,800-RM3,000, negotiable
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
