At Moxy, we don't just check guests in, we create experiences worth talking about. We're looking for a confident, energetic, and service-driven Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our Front Office Crew and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay from arrival to departure.

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll oversee daily Front Office operations, support the Guest Experience team, and ensure service standards are delivered consistently. You'll lead by example, drive guest satisfaction, and create a fun, welcoming environment that reflects the Moxy spirit.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily Front Office operations and support smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, verify reservations, payments, and room assignments.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure guest accounts, billing, and cashiering procedures are completed accurately.
• Complete daily reports, shift logs, balancing, and operational documentation.
• Support Marriott Bonvoy enrollment, Elite guest recognition, and VIP arrivals.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, and other departments to resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Monitor service standards and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
• Assist with training, coaching, motivating, and developing Front Office Crew members.
• Serve as a role model and promote a positive, engaging, and guest-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Moxy brand standards, policies, and procedures.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification.
