RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations, manage problem-solving and communication, fulfill customer requirements, and achieve team and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

DUTIES

• Plan and lead the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with all parties to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments including freight, transport, and accounts.
• Resolve issues related to customers, customs, and internal teams.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly meetings with customers to review service levels and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee all key accounts to maintain sustainable business continuity.
• Generate team reports and ensure achievement of team and company KPIs.
• Work with the team on KAIZEN improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operations comply fully with ISO audit requirements and SOP standards.
• Implement 3R practices (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) within PKT Group of Companies.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
