Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly workshops and guide discussions on key concepts, best practices, and core principles.
• Deliver sessions based on the Facilitator Guide, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Clearly explain the programme process and participants’ roles at each stage.
• Engage participants and encourage discussion, reflection, and application.
• Assess participants’ learning outcomes and understanding during sessions.
• Prepare and submit post-workshop reports to LMM.
• Uphold LMM’s facilitation standards and professionalism.

Requirements

• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or leadership development.
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
• Comfortable facilitating sessions face-to-face and/or online.
• Structured, responsible, and able to follow programme guidelines.
