About Us

Forward Minder Organisation is a group of agency units affiliated with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. We are located at 450 Alexandra Road, Singapore 119960.

This job is a full-time, in-person job in the office.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with job-seekers: Conduct initial interviews to better understand their career aspirations and guide them through a smooth job-seeking process
• Understanding hiring needs: Work closely with agency leaders to identify their business needs and hiring requirements.
• Exposure to diverse industries: Interact with candidates and clients form various industries and job functions
• Team collaboration: Learn from our diverse and experienced team members to develop strong recruitment and communikcation skills

What we're looking for

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education (SG/SGPR)
• Minimum internationally recognised degree holder (Foreigners)*
• A strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, resilient and able to thrive under pressure
• A friendly, outgoing and engaging personality
• Eagerness for self-learning, improvement and career growth

Remuneration

$2,500 - $3,500 per month depending on level of experience
