Lead creator-led marketing programmes across Asia-Pacific by managing regional workflows, coordinating agency partners and reviewing creator content from initial brief through final delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage creator-led marketing programmes across Asia-Pacific from brief intake through final delivery.
- Translate central campaign briefs into clear agency workplans, timelines and deliverables.
- Track creator batches, content volumes, approvals, deadlines, risks and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate agency partners responsible for identifying creators and producing content.
- Review creator shortlists, localized briefs and completed content against agreed criteria.
- Assess cultural relevance, language nuance, content quality and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Provide clear approval, rejection or revision feedback to agency partners.
- Coordinate local-language reviews with regional market specialists when required.
- Align priorities and decisions across global, regional and local marketing stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate risks that could affect campaign delivery.
- Improve trackers, templates and repeatable workflows across creator operations.
- Use AI and other tools to improve programme reporting, content-review processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in programme management, project management, marketing operations, creator marketing, content operations or agency management.
- Strong understanding of the creator or influencer ecosystem.
- Experience managing several workstreams, stakeholder groups and review cycles at the same time.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors or other external partners.
- Sound judgement when reviewing creator profiles, social content or localized marketing materials.
- Understanding of content strategy and the ability to assess whether content supports campaign objectives.
- Strong experience maintaining programme trackers, project plans and status reports.
- Able to work independently, resolve problems and make progress with limited guidance.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to provide clear and practical feedback.
- Fluency in at least one additional Asia-Pacific language.
- Based in Singapore and able to work onsite for at least three days each week.
- Able to accommodate occasional calls with stakeholders in other international time zones.
- Experience with creator selection, short-form social content, digital advertising or localization reviews would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with creator marketplaces, content-review systems or workflow platforms would be useful.
