Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Xiaohongshu while optimizing search engine visibility (SEO/SEM).
• Maintain and schedule content across official social media channels to drive community engagement.
• Execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns in alignment with campaign timelines and cross-functional teams.
• Draft and design marketing collaterals, visual content, videos, and promotional copy while upholding brand guidelines.
• Support public relations activities by preparing media kits, draft announcements, and monitoring media coverage.
• Maintain CRM databases and support targeted marketing initiatives to drive lead conversion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Track and report periodic campaign analytics, engagement metrics, and lead performance to recommend improvements.

Job Requirements (External Posting)

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns and content strategy.
• Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated experience managing ad setups on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Xiaohongshu.
• Content & Branding: Proven ability to produce written copywriting and basic visual/video assets following corporate brand guidelines.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SEO/SEM implementation, social media scheduling tools, and CRM database management.
• Analytical Capability: Ability to extract actionable campaign insights using digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated capability in coordinating project timelines with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative) and external agencies or vendors.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
