Store Execution

• You will visit supermarkets and grocery outlets across Klang Valley to set up displays, replenish stock, and ensure planogram compliance.
• You will run in-store promotions, check price tags and shelf labels, and confirm promotional materials are placed correctly.
• You will build rapport with store staff and on-site merchandisers to keep displays consistent and fix issues quickly.
• You will gather direct customer feedback and frontline observations during visits for immediate actions.

Merchandising Strategy & Materials

• You will design and scale display templates and point-of-sale materials that fit our sauce range and store constraints.
• You will align promotional calendars and creative assets with sales and marketing for clear, executable plans.
• You will recommend simple fixture or signage adjustments to improve shelf visibility and product presentation.
• You will brief or coach store teams and temporary merchandisers on correct setup and brand standards.

Reporting & Analysis

• You will record store-level data, stock counts, and promotion outcomes and deliver concise weekly reports using Excel.
• You will run basic A B tests for placement and measure sell-through to refine display choices.
• You will turn field notes into practical recommendations for buying, replenishment, and display improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising or retail operations, preferably within consumer products or FMCG channels.
• Hands-on experience working with grocery retailers, supermarkets, or modern trade outlets is preferred.
• Proven ability to visit stores regularly, manage multiple outlets, and follow through on action items.
• Comfortable working independently on the ground and collaborating with small cross-functional teams.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask across store visits and admin work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, able to produce clear reports, basic formulas, and simple pivot tables.
• Practical data analysis skills for tracking sell-through, display compliance, and promotional performance.
• Familiarity with POS, inventory, or merchandising apps is a plus but not mandatory.

Role Purpose

As a builder, you will design and scale merchandising programs that lift product visibility and store performance. You will create consistent displays, test placement ideas in real retail environments, and refine in-store plans until they work reliably across multiple outlets.

Day-to-day Focus

You will visit stores in the Klang Valley to set up displays, check stock, run promotions, and gather customer feedback. You will work closely with sales and marketing to align promos and materials, then submit clear feedback reports for management action.
