• Received PR System and PR manual ensuring order are properly documented and approved
• Finding 3 quotation and do compariosn price before PO Generated within 3 working days.
• Raise Genenal & Manual PO and get the signature head department, FM, GM and CEO
• PO Manual more than 1 thousand have to scan and email to FM for approval
• Email PO to vendor and ensure products and services meet quality expectations, are on time and are in accordance with the department needs.
• Maintain vendor master record, ensuring they are properly documented and approved compliant
• Maintains a working understanding of Fusion and its involvement of departments daily
• Approval market list and store request
• Listing of item code (for create item code)
• Monitor ordering processes whether placed through services availability, quantities, quality and delivery terms
• Asst Receving items delivery
• Filing PO
• To ensure halal certificate update for halal portal renewal
• Filing halal certificate
• Asst to send documention for approval GM
• Follow up with supplier for halal certificate
• Sending and email to supplier for halal certificate
• Create code item ml items
• Filing general voucher
• Update halal certificate expired date
• Update quotation ml by supplier
• Count OE Inventory - HK/F&B (Every 6 month)
• Monthly Stock Count - All Inventory
• Ad hoc task / assisting FM/SFE/Purch Exec

Pay: From RM1,453.33 per month
