About the Roles

Join as a Technical Admin cum Maintenance Support based in Tanjong Penjuru, working a 5-day Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a permanent role offering Basic Salary + AWS + Allowances + OT Pay + Medical Benefits, with company transportation provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support troubleshooting and repair work for systems and production equipment under close supervision.
• Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during plant shutdowns.
• Coordinate with external contractors for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Request components and supplies required for projects and maintenance work, including obtaining pricing and product information from vendors.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment, tools and spare parts, and assist the Manager with document filing.
• Keep records of utility contracts covering cargo lifts, fire alarms, chillers, compressors and air-conditioning servicing.
• Identify safety issues and potential hazards to support compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards.
• Assist with the implementation of the company’s ISO certification programme.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Certificate, NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a plant operations environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
