About the role

We are seeking an IT Network Engineer to support network infrastructure across multiple sites in Singapore. You will help maintain stable, secure and reliable connectivity for business and manufacturing operations, working with site teams, corporate IT and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs and related network services.
• Support network incidents affecting users or production operations, and escalate service risks promptly.
• Carry out approved network changes, upgrades, device configurations, testing and site projects in line with change procedures.
• Support network security controls, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, audit evidence collection and compliance with corporate IT and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecommunications providers, contractors and managed service providers on troubleshooting, maintenance, quotations, service requests and project delivery.
• Maintain network inventory, diagrams, configuration records and operating procedures.
• Communicate technical issues and service updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Follow workplace safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching and basic network security operations.
• Working knowledge of VLANs, DNS, DHCP, network troubleshooting, incident management and change management.
• Ability to maintain network documentation and follow operational procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritise issues and escalate appropriately.
• CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, CompTIA Network+ or an equivalent network certification is preferred.
