You will serve as the main customer contact at our automotive workshop, managing service enquiries, scheduling vehicle appointments, preparing quotations, updating customers on repairs, and ensuring a smooth, professional service experience.

About the role

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repair, and inspection appointments to optimize workshop workflow
• Receive vehicles and accurately document customers’ concerns and service needs for technician reference
• Prepare detailed job orders, quotations, invoices, and service documents to support workshop operations
• Explain recommended repairs, servicing requirements, estimated costs, and timelines clearly to customers
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to track vehicle diagnosis, repair progress, and job completion status
• Keep customers informed on repair and servicing progress to maintain transparency and trust
• Coordinate vehicle collection, explaining completed work and charges to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to resolve issues effectively
• Follow up with customers on quotations, pending repairs, servicing, and future maintenance needs
• Promote relevant workshop services, maintenance packages, and additional offerings to increase sales
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, vehicle, and service records for operational efficiency
• Perform general administrative and front-office duties to support daily workshop functions
• Keep the customer reception area clean, organized, and professional to enhance customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in customer service, automotive service, service advising, or administration
• Automotive workshop experience
• Basic knowledge of automotive servicing and repair
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Available to start work immediately or at short notice
