Demonstrate product features, functions and basic set-up where required.

Promote ongoing promotions, bundles and new product launches to support sales targets.

Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including payments, exchanges and refunds where applicable.

Replenish stocks, receive deliveries and assist with basic inventory checks or stock takes.

Maintain neat product displays, price tags and visual-merchandising standards.

Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready at all times.

Attend to customer enquiries and provide basic after-sales support, escalating technical or repair matters when needed.

Support ad-hoc retail operations, roadshows or promotional events as assigned.
