We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert who can plan, run, optimize, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads for Gourisen Private Limited.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
• Generate high-quality leads through targeted Meta advertising.
• Create and manage campaign objectives, audiences, ad sets, creatives, and budgets.
• Perform audience research and competitor analysis.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
• Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Identify and fix underperforming campaigns and scale successful campaigns.
• Work with the team to understand business goals and develop effective lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
• Strong understanding of Lead Generation campaigns.
• Experience in managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and tracking will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Previous experience generating leads for businesses is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to show previous campaign results or case studies.

Key Goal:

The main goal of this role is to run profitable Meta advertising campaigns and consistently generate high-quality leads at an optimized cost.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
