An established precision manufacturing organisation is seeking two Quality Engineers. Fresh graduates with relevant engineering qualifications, internships, industrial attachments or academic projects are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily quality and engineering activities

• Assist with product, process and manufacturing investigations

• Support customer complaint and non-conformance investigations

• Conduct root-cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions

• Prepare and maintain quality procedures, work instructions and records

• Support product inspection, testing, verification and evaluation

• Collect and analyse manufacturing and quality data

• Participate in PFMEA, risk assessment and process-improvement activities

• Support ISO 13485 Quality Management System requirements

• Participate in internal, customer and supplier audits

• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Candidates with up to three years of relevant experience may also be considered

• Relevant internship, industrial attachment or academic project experience is advantageous

• Basic knowledge of 5-Why, 6M, 8D, PDCA, PFMEA or SPC is beneficial

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to prepare technical documentation

• Exposure to medical devices, regulated manufacturing or Quality Management Systems is advantageous but not required
