Kerja Sepenuh Masa QC Inspector, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,300 di Swan Metal Products Johor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct incoming material, in-process and final quality inspections.
• Inspect facade works, metal fabrication and genset assembly according to drawings and specifications.
• Check the dimensions, workmanship, alignment fit-up, finishing and overall quality to ensure full compliance with approved drawings.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and inspection requirements. Knowledge of visual welding inspection for GMAW (MIG) and SMAW (Stick) processes will be an advantage.
• Able to proficiently use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, etc.
• Inspect welding, cutting drilling, bending, assembly and surface finishing when applicable.
• Identify and report defective or non-conforming work, and prepare inspection reports, checklists and NCRs.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and site teams on quality-related matters.
• Perform other QC duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager.

Qualification Required:

• Min. SKM level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding/ Fabrication Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in welding and façade project
• 2 - 3 years of relevant QC inspection experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
