Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve F&B revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for banquets, catering, and dining outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and key stakeholders.
• Promote hotel restaurants, special events, and F&B promotions.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
• Coordinate with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Hotel Sales or F&B Sales.
• Strong network within the hospitality and corporate sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
