Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Solutions
Position Title: Customer Sales Executive
Working Location: North Region
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm, Sat: 8am-12pm)
Salary Package: Basic $2,800 + Commission + Travel Allowance + Incentives
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell ready-mixed concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
Reconnect with past customers to renew business.
Find and win new customers to grow the client base.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
Work with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

Experience in customer relationship management or sales in the construction industry is an advantage.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven; a strong sales record is an advantage.
Role involves travel to client sites; a driving license and access to transport are advantages.
