About The Job.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end production costing and financial governance to drive operational efficiency across regional manufacturing operations.

• Prepare and review production costing models, variance analyses, and standard cost comparisons to evaluate operational performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly cost performance reporting across multi-plant environments.
• Drive financial simulations and decision support for sustainability-related projects and efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain costing governance and control standards while aligning financial reporting frameworks between regional entities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and sustainability units, to identify practical cost-saving opportunities.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, management reporting, or financial planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of production costing methodology, variance analysis, and internal financial controls.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with Tier-1 ERP systems or reporting tools is preferred.
• Solid analytical mindset with strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
