Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT Support, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,000 di AP PROJECTS & INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff, resolving IT system, hardware, and office equipment issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, printers, scanners, and network systems
• Work closely with HR to provision and de-provision IT equipment for new hires and departing staff
• Log and manage support requests with relevant vendors to ensure timely resolution
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Conduct regular checks on network performance and data security
• Repair and replace equipment when necessary to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and software licenses
• Work with various systems, including HR System (InfoTech), Microsoft platforms, AutoCAD, and ERP systems
• Undertake other ad-hoc IT-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Solid technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with InfoTech HR System, Microsoft suite, AutoCAD, and ERP platforms is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills to work effectively across teams and with vendors
