Guest Services Leader plays a key role in delivering consistent, reliable service and maintaining high cleanliness and manpower productivity standards. This role ensures Guest Services Agents consistently deliver the Holiday Inn Express guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent and reliable guest service aligned with Holiday Inn Express standards
• Maintain superior cleanliness standards in guest service areas to enhance guest satisfaction
• Optimize manpower productivity by effectively coordinating Guest Services Agents’ tasks
• Prepare for shifts by actively gathering and applying relevant knowledge to anticipate guest needs
• Welcome and connect with guests thoughtfully to create a positive and personalized experience
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership by proactively addressing guest requests and going beyond expectations
