Sepenuh Masa Contract End User Support Engineer Jobs, in Maybank - Maukerja

Responsibilities:-

• Support and enhance the bank's end user computing environment, including Microsoft technologies, workplace productivity and enterprise mobility solutions
• Develop, maintain and optimise end user computing infrastructure to meet business needs and service level commitments
• Ensure operational stability, security compliance and service availability across desktop and mobile computing environments
• Contribute to technology refresh initiatives, infrastructure improvements and disaster recovery activities
• Partner with business users and technology stakeholders to deliver effective end user technology solutions.

Responsibilities:-

• Diploma or Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Experience in end user computing, Microsoft technologies, SCCM, Active Directory and workplace productivity solutions
• Knowledge of enterprise mobility technologies and IT infrastructure operations
• ITIL and Microsoft certifications will be advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role is offered on an Agency Contract and provides an opportunity to work within Maybank Singapore's Technology Infrastructure team, supporting the Bank's end-user computing environment and digital workplace initiatives.
