Job Summary

Manage registry and document control functions for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with standards and effective information management using advanced digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage registry and document control processes to ensure accurate and timely handling of project documents
• Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 19650 (Information Management using BIM) standards to maintain compliance and quality in document management
• Develop and maintain automated data dashboards using MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and/or Power BI to support project reporting and decision-making
• Operate and administer Bentley ProjectWise (EDMS) and its Deliverables Management (DM) module to control electronic document workflows and deliverables
• Manage complex metadata attributes, workflow states, and audit trails within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to ensure traceability and integrity of project information
• Collaborate with project teams to support Project Information Management and ensure seamless document flow across stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Bentley ProjectWise (EDMS) and Deliverables Management (DM) module
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 19650 standards
• Proven ability to develop and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI or advanced Excel functions
