Delivery Operations Supervisor / Executive
Full-Time | 6-Day Work Week
Job Overview
Koko Delivery is looking for a highly reliable, accountable and proactive Delivery Operations Supervisor / Executive to take ownership of our day-to-day delivery operations.
This is not a standard 9-to-5 administrative role.
Delivery operations are time-sensitive and manpower-dependent. Drivers, clients and management will rely on you to ensure that each day's deliveries run smoothly. This means reliability, punctuality, attendance and early communication are essential requirements of the role.
You will be responsible for planning driver manpower, coordinating daily deliveries, managing full-time and freelance drivers, anticipating operational risks and resolving issues before they affect customers.
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for outcomes — someone who thinks ahead and asks "How do I make sure this gets done?" rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
This position operates on a 6-day work week in line with our operational requirements.
What Ownership Means in This Role
Before applying, please understand that this is an operations-critical position.
We expect the person in this role to:
- Be dependable and punctual, as daily operations rely on your presence and coordination.
- Plan personal commitments and leave responsibly whenever reasonably possible.
- Give management as much advance notice as possible when an unexpected situation affects your ability to work.
- Understand that last-minute absences can directly affect drivers, customers and other team members.
- Have contingency plans for driver shortages, MCs and unexpected operational problems.
- Flag potential problems before they become emergencies.
- Take initiative to find solutions rather than simply reporting problems.
- Remain contactable and responsive during your scheduled working hours.
- Follow through on tasks without requiring repeated reminders.
- Be comfortable being held accountable for operational outcomes within your control.
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. What matters to us is responsible communication, transparency and doing your best to minimise disruption to the team.
If you prefer a role where your work can easily be postponed to another day when you are unavailable, this position may not be the right fit.
