Job Description:

We are looking to employ an experienced team lead who can provide day-to-day direction, support employee development, coordinate priorities and ensure that the CTRM Support team delivers high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

-     Ensure a seamless CTRM support coverage across our offices in the Asia Pacific region

-     Act as a relay and coordination point with the local business stakeholders

-     Coach and develop the team members to build a robust and high-performing team

-     Coordinate between the local and global teams on processes, priorities and knowledge transfer

Job Requirements:

-     At least 10 years of working experience in the field of CTRM with involvement into business applications change management and day-to-day operation support, including a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a team leadership or supervisory role

-     Prior experience in the commodities trading industry would be advantageous

-     University degree holder in a relevant field of study

-     Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills

-     Proven ability to guide, motivate and develop a high performing team

-     Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills

-     Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
