Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Oracle Functional Consultant role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Oracle Functional Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions leveraging Oracle ERP and related modules. Daily responsibilities include configuring Oracle applications, preparing functional documentation, performing system testing, and supporting users during implementation and post-go-live phases. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, troubleshooting functional issues, and recommending process improvements. The consultant will also participate in workshops, training sessions, and continuous learning to stay current with Oracle product updates and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Order Management with the ability to map business requirements to system capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and related Oracle modules, including configuration and user support.
• Knowledge of Oracle HR functionalities and their integration with broader business processes.
• Proven analytical skills and understanding of end-to-end business process flows within an ERP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
• Ability to communicate complex functional concepts clearly to stakeholders and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning new Oracle features and tools.
• Professional certifications in Oracle applications or ERP consulting are an advantage.
