Job Summary
We are seeking an Admin professional to join XIN ZEXIN ELECTRIC PET LTD in a full-time role based in Tuas West Region. You will provide essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth business operations and help achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents to support business functions
Coordinate shipments by preparing quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and tracking action items through to completion
Maintain filing systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate clear and timely communication
Process administrative requests and support daily office operations to maintain workflow efficiency
Assist sales coordination, delivery arrangements, and project management activities to support operational goals
Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to enhance team productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
