We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Project team. This internship offer valuable hands-on experience in project operations, tendering tasks and exposure to the internal workings of a dynamic company. Ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking to grow in the cost and procurement support field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications and project documentation to determine material, labour and equipment costs.
• Support in preparing and managing project budgets.
• Monitor expenses, track costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Assist in monitoring project costs and implementing cost control measures to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Prepare tender documents and assist in evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Provide recommendations to the project team based on tender evaluations.
• Assist in procurement activities including preparing requests for quotations (RFQ), purchase orders and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including invoice processing and submission of receipts.
• Review and interpret contract documents to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Assist in managing contract variations, claims and related correspondence.
• Perform quantity take-offs to determine material and resource requirements based on project drawings and specifications.
• Attend site visits to observe construction progress and on-site activities.
• Support the project team with site-related documentation, reporting, and follow-up as required.
