Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Lead and oversee the secondary development, operation, and maintenance of ORACLE EBS.
- Independently create, review, and enhance technical documentation; execute functional development based on Oracle EBS platform and design documents.
- Develop and implement advanced technical solutions for seamless integration between Oracle EBS and peripheral systems.
- Lead and guide team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve intricate financial settlement issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle EBS and related fields, contributing to continuous process improvements and innovations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS development, with a proven track record in successful project implementations would be a plus.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL programming, SQL performance optimization, and Oracle EBS customization.
- Strong expertise in Java development and integration with Oracle EBS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex issues independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Oracle EBS certifications and additional relevant certifications will be a plus.
