Scope Overview

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for online insurance products.
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies on marketing materials and campaign deliverables.
• Prepare and schedule customer communications, including EDMs, website updates, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for tracking and analysis.
• Coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support website content updates, landing page maintenance, and product information changes.
• Handle campaign administration, documentation, and approval processes.
• Assist with customer enquiries and campaign-related follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations to ensure business activities run smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign management, communications, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related function.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
