Salary: RM3,500 – RM8,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Check-in Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM, subject to the company’s attendance arrangement

About the Role

We are looking for an Agency Management Specialist to support the development and ongoing management of agency partners within a live streaming and social entertainment platform.

The role focuses on agency recruitment and onboarding, partner relationship management, performance analysis, operational support, and collaboration with internal teams to strengthen the overall agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new agency partners, with a focus on building a strong and sustainable agency network.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with agency leaders and provide ongoing guidance, platform information, operational tools, and performance support.
• Assist agency partners with onboarding, platform compliance, content moderation matters, incentive programmes, and other operational enquiries.
• Monitor and analyse agency performance indicators, including host activity, user engagement, platform transactions, and retention.
• Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide agencies with practical recommendations and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address agency-related matters and continuously improve agency operations and overall user experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in live streaming, digital entertainment, creator or talent management, agency operations, social platforms, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and partner relationship management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with agency partners and manage operational enquiries effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance dashboards and translate data into practical recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of platform operations, including content guidelines, incentive programmes, and moderation processes, is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams in a dynamic working environment.
