Comprehensive Accounting and Financial Reporting: Responsible for maintaining and auditing all accounts, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements and reconciling bank and balance sheet records.

Budgeting, Analysis, and Forecasting: Deeply involved in budget preparation, forecasting, and management report preparation; analyzing budget and actual discrepancies to provide data support for management decision-making.

Tax and Compliance Management: Ensuring the company's financial operations fully comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and the regulations of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Responsible for corporate tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing and compliance, and handling coordination with external auditors.

Internal and External Collaboration and Process Optimization: Serving as the primary liaison between the company and external auditors, tax advisors, company secretaries, and other professional institutions. Actively participating in financial process optimization and system improvement projects.

Specialized and Complex Tasks: Depending on the company's business needs, this may involve more complex areas such as group mergers, transfer pricing documentation, and international tax planning.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
