Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures for coffee preparation, cleanliness, and presentation. Maintain a high level of consistency and quality in every beverage served.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure coffee machines and other equipment are clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Report any issues to the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and a positive work environment. Assist in training new baristas when needed.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments and handle cash transactions following company protocols.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• A team player with a positive and proactive approach to work.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
