Job Scopes:
Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to manufacture medical components.
Operate semi-automated and fully automated machines for mechanical assembly processes.
Monitor machine settings, cycle times, and material flow to ensure smooth and consistent production.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on molded parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Identify, report, and segregate defective parts, including defects such as short shots, flash, burn marks, and warpage.
