Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations

- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.

- Record daily financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.

- Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.

- Process month-end and year-end closing activities.

2. Financial Administration

- Process supplier invoices and employee claims.

- Prepare payment vouchers and online banking payments.

- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.

- Reconcile customer and supplier balances.

3. Bank & Cash Management

- Perform daily bank reconciliation.

- Monitor company cash transactions.

- Maintain petty cash records.

- Verify daily outlet sales collections and cash deposits.

4. Inventory & Cost Verification

- Review stock movement reports.

- Verify inventory adjustments.

- Perform inventory reconciliation.

- Assist in food cost analysis.

5. Financial Compliance

- Ensure supporting documents comply with company policies.

- Maintain proper accounting documentation.

- Assist external auditors during annual audits.

- Prepare schedules required by tax agents.

6. Reporting

- Prepare monthly financial reports.

- Generate expense analysis reports.

- Monitor outstanding balances.

- Prepare schedules requested by management.

7. Process Improvement

- Identify accounting discrepancies.

- Recommend improvements to finance procedures.

- Ensure proper document filing and record retention.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.

- Experience in SQL Accounting, AutoCount or equivalent.

- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.

- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
