Sepenuh Masa Product Category Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in One Gallery Johor Bahru - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Category Executive to manage the development and growth of assigned product categories. You will be responsible for sourcing products, managing suppliers, driving new product development, and ensuring a competitive product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned product categories.
• Source new products and suppliers locally and internationally.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and commercial terms.
• Work with designers to develop and launch new products.
• Manage product costing, sampling, and production timelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Analyse sales performance and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on product launches.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Procurement, or Product Development.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with good analytical skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with consumer products or retail is an advantage.
