• Build and optimize IT service intelligence dashboards, system performance heatmaps, and service delivery maps.

• Perform real-time anomaly investigation, log analysis, and root cause diagnosis across complex system components.

• Integrate predictive machine learning tools to forecast performance issues and prevent operational outages.

• Automate configuration item synchronization between service management frameworks and central telemetry platforms.

• Enhance overall system visibility and cross-platform dependency tracking to accelerate incident response times.

skills and experience required.

• Professional background in IT operations, systems engineering, or software platform maintenance.

• Practical experience working with enterprise observability suites and central logging frameworks.

• Sound knowledge of configuration management databases and operational asset dependency mapping.
