We're seeking an exceptional Lead Full-stack Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our cutting-edge web applications. As a seasoned expert in React and Node.js, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. Additionally, you'll mentor and guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical excellence throughout the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features
• Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews and continuous integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Optimize application performance and scalability

• Proven experience with React, Node.js, and full-stack development
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects
