About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Claims Executive (Motor Claims) to join our team at RHB Insurance Bhd. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) and CART claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and within the stipulated turnaround time. You will also play an important role in delivering quality claims services, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards, and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process and assess Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) and CART claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review, evaluate, and authorize claims payments within the approved authority limit.
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Investigate, identify, and support the repudiation of fraudulent or suspicious claims.
• Liaise with customers, adjusters, workshops, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth claims processing and resolution.
• Maintain proper claims documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Support initiatives to improve claims handling processes, productivity, and service quality.
• Contribute towards achieving high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
• Candidates with knowledge and/or experience in motor claims, insurance operations, claims assessment, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good contact network.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning agility and interest in insurance claims are encouraged to apply.
